The next day.
Joe: NICK!!! WAKE UP!!
Nick: (falls out of bed by the sudden noise) Ahhhh!!!
Kevin: Breakfast is ready!
Nick: I'll be there.
(He strolls downstairs in his boxers and his curly hair falling into his eyes)
Joe: How's loverboy this morning?
Kevin: Want to tell us how your feeling?
Nick: Yeah. Actually I do. Obviously I like Kat. But I don't want to tell her about us.
Joe: Urm...she met US yesterday.
Kevin: I think he means the band Joe!
Nick: Yeah I do. I finally met someone who I like, and I don't want to ruin what could be awesome, by her finding out about us.
Kevin: Okk man. We won't say anything.
Joe: Yeah. We got your back.
(The doorbell rings and Nick goes to answer)
Kat: MORNING! (she glances at Nick in his boxers and can't help but stare)
Nick: (notices her staring and begins to blush) What are you doing here?
Kat: Urm....Why am I here? Oh yeah...I want breakfast.
Nick: Well we were just starting. Come in.
Kevin: Morning Kat. How did you sleep?
Kat: Surprisingly well. I havn't slept so good in a long time. Ever since....um...yeah I slept well.
(The boys notice she is avoiding something)
Kevin: So today I thought we could take shifts. Joe why don't you take Kat out first.
Joe: Sure. I'm pumped.
Kat: (giggles) Excited much?
Nick: Why does Joe get to go first?!?
Joe: JELOUS!!!
Nick: No! Urm..I just meant...urm...yeah.
(Kevin, Joe and Kat laugh at Nick's embarrassment.)
Kat: (Walks over to Nick) Don't worry Nick. You'll get your fair share of time with me. (Whispers in his ear) Why don't you show me your room?
Nick: (surprised) Umm...yeah..right this way.
(Nick leads Kat up the 2 flights of stairs to his bedroom.)
Kat: Cool room. I notice you have an amazing view.
Nick: Yeah. You'd be surprised at how crazy some neighbours can be.
Kat: (hits him playfully) So, why were you watching me?
Nick: Um..watching you do what?
Kat: (Jumps onto his bed) I saw you yesterday. Did you like what you saw?
Nick: (walks over to the bed and lies next to her) Yeah. (sarcastic)Your really good at dancing.
(They both close their eyes and just lie there.)
Nick: (In his head) Ohh man. I hope I'm playing it cool. She's right next to me!
Kat: (in her head) He's perfect. But I have no chance. Look at me and then look at him.
(she opens her eyes and see's Nick staring at her)
Kat: (Self concious) Urm..what are you doing?
Nick: (jumps off the bed) Nothing. I'm gunna get changed.
Kat: Alright. I'll be downstairs.
Joe: So where do you want to go today?
Kat: I was thinking shopping. You could help me pick out an outfit.
Kevin: Blind date?
Kat: His name is Harry. He's totally hot and really sweet.
Joe: Hello...GUY! Too much information.
(Kevin and Kat giggle)
Kat: Sorry. Me and my girlfriends really need too catch up. So you think you could drop me off at their house after?
Joe: Sure. Will "hottie" be there by any chance?
Kat: Her name is Charlotte. And yes because it's her house.
(Joe and Kat link arms happily and get inside a taxi to go shopping)
Nick: (walks downstairs) She left?
Kevin: Yeah. Too late man.
Nick: I'll catch her later.
Kevin: She's going on a date tonight if you want to know. Some guy named Harry who's (mocking Kats voice) totally hot and really sweet.
Nick: (sarcastic) Thanks Kevin.
